The updater is downloading the bring up to date for the phone.

I recently download Nokia Software Updater 2.4.5 en After installing and running, it says a new version is available. Do you want to download the bring up to date?. I follow the procedure by clicking the download button. The size of the new bring up to date is 34.6mb. Though as it reaches its peak size,I thought things will be finished but instead it’s just keeps on downloading as the size keeps on increasing. I waited for an hour already and chose to click the stop the button. The size stops at 387MB of 387MB. Help on this one delight.

It seems like the bring up to date process of the ver. 2.4.5 is buggy and it updates for ever so i don’t reckon you’ll be able to use it without a clean bed in.
These steps should help you:
- Uninstall the ancient program by a tool like CCleaner (http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner) as normal uninstall didn’t work for me
- Download the newest version from Nokia (http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/device-software-bring up to date)
