I cannot find a loud whistle ringtone for my mobile (samsung)…Do you have any suggestions please?

Hi. I want to use my Samsung SGH U600 mobile phone as a webcam on yahoo messenger etc. Is this possible? I found one site with a link to download but it didn’t work. Any computer whizzes out there who can help me? Would be much appreciated. Thanks!
