what is the voltage will be released through a Sony Ericsson cell phone charger?

My 14 month ancient baby was chewing on the phone charger and giggling. I suspected he might be tickled by the electric current. But he seems fine and has no burn signs. But I’m still worried about internal organ or brain hurts. What is the voltage unrestricted from a phone charger? Is it strong enough to produce any organ or brain hurts to a baby? Sorry, I know this should be a question to a doctor. But I’m in the country now and have no doctors nearby. Thanks!
