What is the Verizon Wireless Customer Service Number from using a non-verizon phone??

Last night my phone started to not have barely any service. i want to contact Verizon Customer service to see if there is an outage but can only use the house phone which is not verizon, since my cell phone has no service! delight help

I’m trying to cancel my Verizon contract and If I could get the script/procedure that the customer service representatives use it would be much simpler. Anyone know everywhere I can get it? Thanks.

umm…no thought couldnt find it when i went to look for it.
Be aware its quite spendy..over 300 bucks to cancel contract

DONT GET THE 5G plot or you’ll pay. I got robbed by verizon wireless(broadband service) I just got the .99 5G plot(that was supposedly UNLIMITED) and 5 days in the I had used half of my mb allowance and at that rate by the end of the month I would a huge bill due to overdraft charges. So I cancelled the service and went back to the store and received my refund for the modem and was told i would receive a check from verizon after they took some charges of my deposit. Instead of me getting a refund check I got a Bill for 8. Instead of them charging the .99 they charge me for each mb I used(as if I had overdraft) and I wasn’t over my 5G yet.This is incorrect…nothing i can do and was givin the run around wen question to speak with administrator…you can hear customer service call. i should see what the better business chest of drawers would say. it a magic trick..watch your money disappear.
