Does the Sprint phone Samsung Transform have voice notification?

I want the phone, and some of the Samsung phones have this feature everywhere you can turn it on or off under “ringers.” Also called voice caller ID

Does anyone have this phone and really like it?

My dad recently got a Sprint Samsung phone and we are trying to add a ringtone to it. We cant add it off the website produce it is with a bussiness and have a data cable. Anyone know any excellent sites or a way to transfer it over the data cable?

Its extremely simple. Which phone do you have. And I can show you how to make you own ringtones and how to send them without a data cable. I also have Sprint so I do this alot..So let me know.
