How to completely turn of the internet on Nokia E71?

I have a Nokia E71 and am paranoid about incurring fees for by the internet accidentally. Is there a setting that will disable all internet or wifi use that will cost me money?
I want to be able to turn the internet back on easily if I need to google something quickly – I am anticipating only by the internet once or twice a month for a small time.

call the phone company and say u want 2 disable it.

hm.. no..
I know there is the Fring application that does provide Skype, Msn and Yahoo to the E71, but NOT to the home screen..
