by by a USB cable. if your phone is not equipped with a USB cable upon bought, you can buy it at electronic shops or computer shops. it’s too cheap. some computers cannot recognized the mobile if plugged directly to the computer. in this case, you have to bed in the CD-ROM from that mobile (Nokia). if your mobile has no CD-ROM when you bought it, you can search on the net to download the driver on the Nokia site. if the installation is successful, you will now then hook/plug the USB cable from your mobile to the computer. it will be recognized now as “Removable Disc” or doubtless you will see it over the (F:) drive on “My Computer”. you may also see the icon perhaps of the removable disc in conservational color at the taskbar of your PC. once it is recognized, just browse anything from the PC that you want to upload into your mobile and it will be uploaded keenly.

The cell phones I have used over the being progressing from left to right.
Nokia to Panasonic back to Nokia to the Motorola Razr. The Razr got lost unfortunately and the rest of the phones I donated/recycled.
I now use a Sony Ericsson W810i which I like. Although it’s getting pretty used and I’m starting to look for a replacement.

See what happens to your phone when you recycle it. Do you remember your ancient phones? Most of us have unused mobile phones. Only 3% of people recycle their mobile phones. Nokia has around 5000 recycle pool points. We work with 80 selected recycling plants worldwide. Up to 80% of any Nokia device can be recycled. Mobile phones control gold, aluminum, copper, and platinum…Recycled materials can be used for various different ways: saxophone, park bench, kettle.. How many ancient phones do you have lying around the house? If everyone recycled just one of their ancient mobiles what could we achieve? Reclaim 240000 tons of raw materials by preventing new ones that need to be taken from the earth. Resulting in saved enegry & reduced conservational house gases = equal to taking 4 million cars off the road for a year. www.nokia.com/werecycle
