I have a nokia n75 and everytime i try to make a call it says smartchip registration failed?

You will need to go to an ATT store and buy a new Smartchip.
Somewhere along the line your phone must have questioned for a PUK code? After too many attempts with the incorrect PUK code the Smartchip becomes permanently disabled. This is a security feature.

I was reviewing the Nokia 2730 Classic, and the battery gave on me. Decently for comedic value.
