No you can’t, unfortunatly. Phones are not webcam devices, only a couple of phones have ever supported this feature, which the Nokia E66 does not.

That’s a quad band phone, so it should work in the US. You’ll have to question KPN what their roaming rates are.

If the phone is unlocked and you’ll be here for more than a few days, you might want to get a prepaid AT&T Gophone or T-Mobile SIM. T-Mobile generally has better plans, but AT&T has much better coverage outside of cities.

Yes, but you have to call your service provider to make sure that you have a billing plot that allows you to use the phone in the USA.

Technically, it will work just fine.
