Is the Samsung LCD 2233SW good for gaming?

I’m plotting on export a new lcd monitor.This Samsung monitor has nice specs, 5ms. Here’s the link

Samsung makes fantastic monitors, but I would suggest the SyncMaster 2493 HM, because it has a 10,000 – 1 contrast ratio!

I just got a new Samsung LCD monitor, 2333SW. It says the optimal resolution settings are 1920 x 1080. Though, my computer won’t let me select anything higher than 1280 x 1024. Is there anything I can do?

You need a better graphics card or settle for a lower resolution.
