Whats the difference between used games and new ones at Gamestop that are gutted?
by ahhyeah
If you get a new game that has been opened at Gamestop (which happens a lot) and a used game that has the manual and the case is in excellent condition, what is the difference? The only one I can reckon of is the return policy but was wondering if there was any other reason.
I have never once had a conundrum with used games. Only once with new because I bought a game new and it was scratched. They take all games and pile them up. No piles for used and new. The only exception is when it is wrapped and not gutted.

well once I got a used game and it really didn’t work.. I don’t trust used games anymore.

Used games are cheaper but since they have already been used, the disc will not last much longer.
A new game is in better condition so the game will last longer

It’s just like export a new car it looses 40% of it’s value when i leaves the dealership. i don’t know it but that’s how it goes.

Well I would say buy the new game because i bought a used game there and they said it was in perfect condition and i said, alright. Took it home and played it. It didn’t work. New games happen to be better to buyers.

I believe he’s marking the yard as his territory, but I usually don’t have time to wait the half hour or so for my dog to fully relieve his bladder. Is there any way to encourage him to just let it all out at once (like he used to in anticipation of recently) instead of running around the neighborhood peeing on each bush?
Answer by Autumn
Have you taken him to the vet to make sure he doesn’t have a urinary strip infection. That will produce him to pee just a small very often because UTI’s are painful.
He’s not marking his territory if he’s in your yard. He already knows that’s his territory.
Answer by luckydog
Marking has very small to do with whether or not the bladder is full. Even if a dog fully relieves himself there will ALWAYS be a drop or two left for marking. And if he is truly empty, he will go through the motion of lifting his leg to mark. (They also have scent glands there for marking that work with or without the drop of urine).
Usually…at least with my dog….the first pee is the longest. And that’s the one that “counts”. And if I then have to rush off to work, I just go, and let him save up the rest till I get home.

That’s just predictable behavior for a dog. They Release enough to ease the pressure and save the rest to use to mark territory. Plus some dogs, male or female, will pee a small at a tiime just for the sake of getting more time outdoors. My last dog did the same. He would pee all at once when he first was let out. But after time he realized that if he did, he had to go right back inside. So he started peeing a small at a time so he could stay out longer.

How ancient is your dog? Does he ever have a free-flow, first thing for instance. I am concerned that he could have bladder stones which will produce him to ‘drip’ rather than have a excellent normal flow, at least at the start of the day. Males don’t naturally completely empty their bladders because they always keep something back to mark but you should see something more than drips. Or having to wait half an hour. Can you see if his urine is very dark, or even more smelly than normal. Dark urine would suggest blood in there, which in turn, could well mean bladder stones, or gravel. I reckon you should collect a sample of his pee, and get him and it checked by your vet. If he does block up completely, this is an emergency situation. What he’s doing would suggest he’s feeling some inflammation down there (like cystitis in the b itch).
So get him to your vet. And don’t delay, in case he does block up – stones increase in size over time.

If you already ruled out the chances of illness there are a few other options to explore. Is your dog altered. If he is not flat he very well may be marking his territory for female dogs. He may do this even if he is altered as primal instinct. i saw in your post that you said the “you don’t have time” this is a key that you are getting frustrated. If your dog senses you are getting upset or flustered he may continue doing it just to push your buttons. This is an action for certain types of dogs. I do not know what you living situation is but you may want to try a lead and let you pup out while you get ready to go out. Let him do his business and bring him back in. That way you are killing two birds with one stone. If he is not having accidents in the house he will be fine. A dog will relieve himself and will not allow himself to be uncomfortable.
