Brand new Samsung French Door Refrigerator (RF268ABRS) freezer door not sealing on one side?

The left side of the freezer on my new Samsung French Door Refrigerator is not sealing and therefore the food is not staying frozen. I have had it for about a month now and all of a sudden this has happened. It looks as though the two corners on the left side of the gasket aren’t sticking to the metal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

do you have the receipt and warranty card? call them and tell them the conundrum it should be covered under warranty usually fridges have a 2 year warranty on them. as a consumer i would expect a groundbreaking new fridge /freezer to last longer than a month

Best thing is to return it buy you a maytag this will solve your problems. Too many terrible things from samsung. They should stay in tv , sterro equipment. read some of the comparisons on them youll see.

Either the door hinge screws are loose. Or the small plastic bushing on the hinge is worn out, broke, or gone. Try picking the door up and shutting it all at once instead of swinging it and see if it seals up then.

Did you take the door off when you went it in?

LG or Samsung Refrigerator French door?
I have this fridge on layaway at sears. it was for a excellent price.. but now I am wondering if its worth it.. it looks excellent.

Now i see the Samsung fridge that I reckon have more space. extra draw the only reckon its not four door its only three door.
