What's a good place to buy a Whirlpool refrigerator in Houston?

I am looking to replace my refrigerator and am considering export a Whirlpool refrigerator (with stainless steel end). Does anyone know a excellent house in Houston to buy a Whirlpool refrigerator?

You may laugh, because this will signal pretty unimaginative, but the fact is that I have found Sears to be very competitive when it comes to major appliances. Their base price may not be the buck, but most of the other stores seem to pack on lots of extras. There may be a charge to deliver, another charge to remove the ancient one, a “disposal” fee, and who-knows-what else.

By the time all the garbage fees are added in, the Sears price is usually just about as excellent. When you add in the fact that Sears is reliable about standing behind their products and that you know they will still be here 5 being from now, I reckon they are the house to go. One more thing: if you do find a better total price somewhere else, Sears will contest it. Then you certainly have the best deal.

What is the normal temperature fluctuation in a whirlpool refrigerator (freezer side) model ed5shexkq00 during a thaw out cycle?

is it normal for it to go from – 05 to 28.3 deg. f and then cool back down to 0 deg F

IS it full or empty because a full freezer will hold the cold longer than empty one i dont know specs but something is incorrect if it goes even close to 32f your food wont last as long as a constant 0 F look up any web site as to the relation between temp and storage life also things like ice cream go soft long before 32

If your freezer is full, it should not heat up much during the thaw out cycle. The thaw out heater only melts the ice on the coils and then shuts off even if the thaw out cycle is not over. Thaw out cycle is controlled by a timer, but a temp switch stops the heat when the ice on the coil is melted.
With an empty freezer I would imagine it would be warmer in the freezer compartment.
Possible the temperature limit switch in the thaw out circuit is defective not stopping the heater in anticipation of the “timer” turns it off. That would make a lot more heat.
