Is Nokia setting a wrong precedence???

Is Nokia setting a wrong precedence???

I have found that most of Nokia’s customers’ grievances are solved not by Nokia directly but through some third party players like TV Channels who, I reckon, have direct access to the higher officials of Nokia. That is very frustrating for a common customer and also is a very grave issue which should be looked into immediately by Nokia.

The reason why I am stating this is because while watching TV I have found many people reporting to TV Programmes like “Pehradar” regarding how their BL-5C batteries were replaced only after the intercession of the channel. I have been trying to replace my BL-5C battery since a long time and have not got any success. And now I am starting to believe that my conundrum might be solved with the intercession of a TV Channel and surely I cannot digest the fact that being a Nokia Customer my problems should be solved by someone else but Nokia.

This is really quite common and most people would be shocked at just how much large companies outsource much of their customer facing groups. I agree that this isn’t a excellent thing since outsourcing takes away a lot of control from the company over the people who are handling customer’s issues and services and even though in the small term the company saves money, since these people work for cheaper wages, in the long run the companies tend to loose more since they end up more often with customers who are upset by the experience as you have been. Sadly it appears that the only way you are going to resolve the issue is through the TV program since no company likes terrible press.
