There are updates on Nokia authoritative site you have to down load it and than just attach it with USB cable and run it while by bring up to date options from Nokia Pc suit and you can easily down load pc suit from there it doesnt cost..

I like to know more about how to replace our BL-5C model batteries? everywhere and how it’ll be replaced? tried searching on the authoritative Nokia website.. but it only tells us what’s the battery info… I’ve seen too many questions about of this battery model… just wanna know how, everywhere, the battery can be replaced? will it be delivered or spread on authoritative Nokia stores and replace it for free? how will it be done? wanna know more… I also like to question the authoritative Nokia costumer care service, the one that we can send e-mails about complaints and suggestions… I want straight answers… been searching on the whole Yahoo! Answers page… but it only gives me small information about it… hope I can help some of those who also owned this battery model and how will it be replaced.. thanks..

I tried searching for these for you at http://www.batteriesdepot.info/. I didn’t see them but you may want to give them a call. I’ve always found what I needed there. Their digit is (408)739-2833. They also have live chat online. Hope this helps!
