What is the email for Canon printers. I need to buy another printer cable for pixma ip1700 and the cable needs to go from the printer to an outlet.

On the website under support after you look up the printer there should be a button for “contact us”, or “support by e-mail”.

I have a canon pixus MP500 bought in Japan. When i ran out of ink, i thought that i can buy ink tanks similar to that of the original bought. My conundrum now is the ink tanks are not available here in the Philippines, the one available is CLI-8Y, CLI (5colors), Can I use CLI ink tank to my printer which uses BCI-7eY, BCI-7eM (5colors)? Are they compatible?

Do you have some everywhere like Cartridge World over there ?
if so go to them.

the BCI-7eB,C,M,Y,PB are compatible or remanufactured cartridges.

Canon calls them “CLI” because they control proprietary Chromalife ink, while the aftermarket manufacturer calls them “BCI” because they control aftermarket ink.

The CLI cartridges are designed for your printer and will work fine.
