what's the verizon wireless customer service number is your calling for a landline?

OKay, i need to contact verizon and on there site it only gives me a *611 number to call of your cell phone, and i need to call off my home phone, whats the number to do that. It does give you one!!!

It depends on what state you are in. I went to the Verizon website and went to the Contact us link at the top right of the page.
They asked what state I was in and what the problem was.

seems like they are terrible lately, and they know they have you by the balls cause of the contract, anyone have any luck getting out of a cell phone contract??

Yes. There customer service is horrible! I’ve been in there over 8 times in the last six months. Each time was over two hours in the store and half the visits they told me there is nothin they can do. Ridiculous.

I used to work for a CS vendor who provided outsourced customer service for Verizon Wireless. This guy would always fall asleep next to me. This was back in 2005-2006.
