I own a sprint samsung phone and it is going into "Emergency Upload mode" what is it and how do I fix it?

I own a samsung phone. I tried to turn it on and the screen goes blue, and in the high left hand corner this appears: Emergency Upload Mode”. When it does occasionally load after I restart it, I can’t press any #s or keys but the end/power button.

You probably need to get the phone in to a full service Sprint repair center to have a diagnostic test run on the phone. It sounds to me like a device issue.
