Is it OK to buy Unlocked Phone Nokia N97?

Hi Guys,
I wondering, why nowadays so many public offer to sell Nokia N97 Unlocked via online shop.
Is it right, or fake? Because so far I know, Nokia still haven’t launched it to sell to the public right? But how come they have it already, and even can sell it?
The price they offer are around 300-900 USD.

it is impossible to find a $ 300 n97 and its not unrestricted for another three to four weeks

don’t buy it.
they are cheating you with fake nokia n97 from china. nokia hasn’t officially launched the phone, more over it will be launched only in q2 of 2009.
