How can I use my cell phone (LG VX8550 - Chocolate) as a modem for my Laptop? Both have bluetooth capabilities

I bought a new cell phone (LG VX8550 Chocolate) and a new laptop, both which are blue tooth capable.
I’m new to the whole bluetooth thing, how can I access the internet on my laptop using my cell phone?
What additional charges may occur on my cell phone bill (Verizon).

I recently switched from one Verizon LG phone to another, but the newer one does not have the preloaded “Evening Crow” ringtone (understandable, seeing as how it is a newer phone)…however, I really loved the “Evening Crow” ringtone and would like to be able to get it back. I can’t seem to get the ringtone off my previous phone through a variety of ways on the program, Bitpim, and it the quality isn’t very good when I try and actually record it from the old phone onto the new one.

Does anybody know where I can download this exact ringtone?

I used to have an LG VX5500 and, whether it’s using the 5500, 8560, or 9100 phone types in Bitpim, using Bluetooth or USB, or going through the filesystem, Bitpim does not seem to be able to read the fact that those preloaded ringtones are on the 5500 (it says I have none).

My new phone is an LG Cosmos and I would love to be able to put “Evening Crow” on it.
