Since diff. places in the country have diff. prices you really wont get a exact price for your area. I got mine at radio shak for a small over a 100. Why dont you call circuit city in your area and question them?

8.1 MP tells you how large each picture the camera holds. Don’t confuse “MP” and “MB.” MP earnings megapixels and MB earnings megabytes. An 8.1 MP image might be about 4-to-5 MB. The MB tells you how large the file will be, so a 512 MB memory card will hold about 100 images in the largest size, best resolution, which are things you can exchange with the camera. You WILL need to buy a memory card and I’d suggest that you get a decent 1 GB card, such as a Sandisk Ultra II card. You can use this card with your next camera, too, and you may as well own a decent one.

The price is probably “right” on this camera. For a small bit more, you might like the Fujifilm FinePix J10 or Nikon Coolpix L18 or S210.

Between persons two, I’d choose the Samsung. Any one should be fine for general purpose 4×6, 5×7 prints, e-mail, MySpace, and stuff like that, but we get more questions and complaints from Polaroid users than Samsung users. You will not want to be getting any 8×10 prints from any camera, though.
