Nokia is the largest and most well loved phone maker outside of the US. Not for certain but my educated guess would be NOKIA.

Sometimes my sony ericsson W700i cell phone will show random phone numbers, and it says something like “smart chip in use”. It’s really eerie. It even happened on the freeway once.

Were you the first user with the phone? If so I’d give Sony a call. If they won’t listen call the hackers and tell them.
