How to recognize the Chinese replica Nokia N96 ?

I want to buy a Nokia N96 cell fone. However, there are alot of Chinese replica Nokia N96 in the market, and they are look just like the real one. Does anybody know the best way to find out which is the fake one. Thanks

I read that it has a DVB-H receiver for digital TV signals in Europe and Asia but is this also true for North America? or does it have an analog tuner. This would be really stupid on Nokia’s part because starting in Feb of ’09 there won’t be any more analog TV signals. So why put an analog TV tuner in a brand new phone like the Nokia N96?

The N96 does have a digital TV tuner built in to it.
