How long does the Nokia N96 battery last?

i have to charge my nokia N96 every 24 hours. Do you guys have the same problem?

It has a talk time of 3 hours and 40 minutes and a stand by time of 240 hours.

Also texting, listening to music, playing games will count like talk time, with stand by being only when it’s just in your pocket doing nothing.
