How can I make the ringing volume of nokia 5800 lower?

The ringing volume of nokia 5800 is too loud, in addition to the volume of the tone when I receive a message. Help me please. Its scarring me to death.

use the volume buttone, all phones have htem.if you can’t find it, try the manual, that’s what it’s for…

To exchange the ringing volumes, phone’s ringtones, message tones or vibration alerts you need to edit the Profile you’re currently using.

Here’s how to choose your phone’s tones, alerts, vibration etc:

1. On the main standby screen, press the white menu button.

2. Select “Settings”.

3. Select “Personal”.

4. Select “Profiles”.

5. Double-click on the profile you normally use (this will usually be “General”).

6. Select “Personalise”.

7. Click on whatever you want to alter (for example “Ringing Tone” to exchange the call ringtone). Note that there are different ringtones for ordinary and record calls, and different settings for keypads and touchscreens.

8. When you’ve finished altering the settings, press the red button to go back to the main standby screen.

To switch to a different profile, tap the standby screen’s date and choose the profile you want.

The phone dialler on the Nokia 5800

I wanted to install some third party s/w to my nokia 5800 xm. But whatever s/w’s I downloaded from websites additional than nokia’s, it’s charitable me “Certificate expired” error, while installing. Themes are also charitable me the same error. I tried changing the phone date, but did not work for me. Somebody please help.

If you want install third party you need to sign it. For this you need program like FreeSigner and certificate. Certificate you can get on site http://cer.opda.cn/en/.
PS. In some cases when you install also signed program and phone can’t do it you can try hard reset *#7370# unlock code 12345 but you lost ALL personal data.
