Brightness( 1-100) & contrast levels( 1-100) in a CRT ( Samsung Color monitor)?

i am wearing spechs, i am using samsung CRT color monitor,wht should be the brightness and contrast ratio level ( 1-100)?

Finally replaced the ancient CRT monitor with a 23" Samsung LCD. I reckon it might be a bit too huge. Mostly because 2048×1152 is a tough resolution to find wallpapers for.

Also: The show I’m watching in the shot in Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood with an unfortunate out-of-context subtitle.

My monitor is blinking without show. I’ve checked relations and connectors. Everything is fine but no show. Thanks in advance.
I’ve checked with additional monitor, the additional one also not showing up anything.. i reckon that the onboard VGA gone, do i need to replace the entire motherboard. Its not supporting PCI v2 record card so. Detailed description would be appreciated..

Sounds like its about time to buy yourself a LCD monitor hehe

The issue is most likely with the Monitor by your description, its excellent you’ve checked its connected properly to the vga connector, If you want to be 100% sure its the monitor test it out on another computer plug the monitor in there to see if you get a show or you can test another monitor on your computer to see if everything is ok with your record card. This will help you further determine what the conundrum. Its most likely your monitor though
