coz its realllllly confusing… i reckon ive downloaded it from the cd and from the website a few times but it doesnt come up in my files or on my desktop. HELP!

check your pc settings, in the install/uninstall option. if the icon is there, just copy it to your desktop. if its not there, maybe your pc and the pc suite that you’re installing is not compatible. pc suite cds aren’t generic, the newer the phone model they come with, the newer the version. call your community nokia helpline to check the compatibility of your pc and software version.
