I found my ancient Motorola flip phone tucked away in a drawer; it was the third cell phone I owned.

I wished I saved my first two to show how far we’ve come with wireless technology.

I got a new cell phone plot (verizon) and they gave me the exact same phone (Motorola W315), only a different color as my ancient phone. Is there anyway I can make it so I can change my ancient phone to work as a duplicate of my new phone? In case I drop one at the bottom of a lake or something.

Yes you can but if your phone was with another company your phone has to be unlocked (meaning that it may be used with other wireless company) to be used again.
