Why does my Brother Printer keep saying "Paper Jam even though there is no paper stuck there?

My Brother printer keep saying that there is a paper jam, I have already checked and there is no paper stuck in the back of the printer. Why does it continue saying this? How can I fix this?

there might be something incorrect with it like a papper is jamed in there like its stuck up or you may maybe be out of ink or you might have locked it or something

1-it`s because of paper holder arm which is pushed in due a hurt on it,check it
2- check for something placed there and pushes the arm
3- if you can`t realized how to fix it simply take it to a service center!

You probably have a small sliver of paper caught on the paper sensor. This can generate the error message. Give that printer a excellent cleaning with a can of compressed air.

if you want to print text that is only black and then you need to select from the printer preferences option to print in black and white only, most printers are the same.
