it doesn’t really matter which company, all work reasonably excellent. the main business is that the RAM is DDR2.
And if you got more money you may maybe replace the existing with new sticks that have a higher frequency

If the DDR2 667MHz PC2-5300 you have in it is running at 333MHz, there must be something incorrect with it. It should be running at 533MHz. According to the specs for your motherboard:

your system is supposed to be using any DDR2 533 (PC2 4300) or DDR2 400 (PC2 3200) non-ecc, unbuffered memory.You have 2 slots and the max is 4GB, or 2x2GB.
Since you’re using a 32 bit operating system, it won’t do any excellent to install more than 3GB, it can’t recognize or utilize more than that.
