You can get groundbreaking new cell phones free or pretty close if you sign up for a plot with one of the cell phone companies. You will sign a 2-year contract with them and for doing that, they will give you a premium cell phone (or your charge will be minimal) for signing on with them. I’ve seen high-end Nokia phones with all the bells and whistles life agreed away for next to nothing just for signing on. Do some research on the web and you will be amazed at the phones you can get.
