Verizon Wireless customer service response?

Verizon Wireless customer service response?

Have you ever had problems with these folks not responding to your questions. I purchased a new phone through their web site but can not get a reply about when shipment is scheduled. Their site says check back tomorrow, well I am on my 4th tomorrow. I just have never had satisfaction with Verizon’s customer service department.

i work in the cell phone business, and i can tell you from experience, verison customer service sux!!!! best thing to do is call the retail store near you, hope you dont get a total butthead, and tell them that you want to get in contact with their resolve team, if that isnt a name that they are familiar with, then tell them that you want to talk with whoever it is that can cancel your service. that my friend will get you the info you want and then some. good luck

no retards, you wouldnt go to a retail store to check up on a web order. VZW has a support #. with the order # they can tell you what the problem is or the tracking number. look thru your email confirmation for a phone # for support. They’ll answer right away.
