Please help me! i just got the Sony Ericsson W580i Walkman® – Pink days gone by adn i want to know if you can do that! Like say my friends name was jill, can i say “JILL” and it would call it?? If someones knows that it does, tell me how to please.!

I’m sure the W580i doesn’t have voice control.

If you visit the Sony Ericsson website on this address (see below) and scroll to the bottom of the page, you can click on “print summary” and this will bring up a list of features for your phone.

Yes you can have the voice set up all you need to do is…go to the Menu…down to the settings….General should pop up and scroll down to to see the Voice Control…and pick what you want to do out of the Voice Dialing, Voice Answer, Play Caller Name, Or magic word…

Yes the Sony Ericsson does have voice control.
If someone calls you before it rings it will say its name for you so you no who it is calling.
Its a really impressive phone.

I just got one in white last week and i LOVE IT get it it’s a fantastic phone blue tooth mp3 player camera phone you can even charge it on the computer
