I got a question about My nokia 5300 phone...?

So like one day it froze on me and i had to take ou the battery to start it up again.
N like when i turned it on again my instant messenger things were gone..Is there a way to get them back on my phone? without going to t-mobile???

1. Each time i turn off my device i usually press any button, suddenly my phone turn on the set alight but the screen is blank. then i press the switch on but nothing happen, the show is still on the blank i just remove the battery to be escape in this conundrum.

The question is it is normal or a factory defect?

2. The features i want in c3 is the radio but there are times that i am not able to open the radio in no reason. i usually restart the system to stabilize this conundrum

The question is, is this fine?

3. I back up my phone settings and i restore factory settings then i restore the settings that i back up but there are settings that not restore.

this is not at all normal. your phone have conundrum.
1. try restore factory settings.
2. hard format your phone. *#7780#

if still conundrum persists go to nokia care and tell your conundrum they might sparkle your phone’s firmware.
