Want 10 points? Help get rid of the annoying camera shutter sound on my Nokia 6265i!?

Want 10 points? Help get rid of the annoying camera shutter sound on my Nokia 6265i!?

I know I need a CA-53 cable (which I’ve ordered) and a program called Diego, or something like that…

I’ve searched EVERYWHERE for this stupid program and I can’t find a direct download link.

If you can give me a direct download link, or email me the program, 10 points for you!
For those of you signifying that I check the settings on my phone, THIS IS NOT A SETTING ON THE PHONE.

I believe it’s a Telus (my cell phone provider) thing to remove this feature from the phone for some stupid reason.

I need to hack the phone to be able to add this feature (turning off camera sounds) to the phone.

I’ve already atrophied countless hours reading through this post (and other on the same forum):

http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=962591

I’ve looked on other forums as well. Everyone seems so cryptic about how to get the program I need.

I’m tired of wasting my time. I just want someone to give me a direct download link, or email it to me.

Thanks!

Your answer seemed like a reasonable possibility. So I went to the cell phone store last night and questioned about it. They told me that no phones are allowed to have a feature that shuts off the camera ‘shutter’ signal. It’s against the law — I’m guessing because of perverts taking voyeur pictures.

Though I do know that it is possible to hack the phone and enable a setting to turn off this signal. I need the program that allows me to hack into it.

Cant you adjust the camera settings from the camera options menu? I have been able to adjust shutter noises and everything on all my camera phones.

Camera sounds
You can turn off the camera sounds that happen when a picture is taken or video
recorded.
In the standby mode, select Menu > Camera > Options > Settings> Camera
sounds > On or Off.

10 points delight!

Take the phone to everywhere you bought the phone and they should be able to go into the phone settings and turn off the signal. It should be a simple fix.
