Nokia PC Suite - 10 points?

Hey guys. Just wondering whether it costs anything like mobile phone credit, subscription or anything like that to use Nokia Text Message Editor on my PC.

OS:Windows XP SP2.Tried reinstalling,repairing PC Suite,but to no avail. Tried restarting the phone while being connected with cable.By authentic CA-53 cable which came along with N70-ME.It had worked earlier before a recent Windows re installation on this laptop(Dell Latitude D520).I was able to synch images,messages etc. earlier. Any thoughts?Thanks.

if your laptop has bluetooth just set up bluetooth tie between them its honestly simple I have a nokia phone and an hp with bluetooth I never even installed the pc suite for nokia I just transfer everything with bluetooth

I had an N70 before and had the same conundrum. I thikn its a fult with the phone to be honest.

It rarely picked up the signal. Just keep removing the UDB cable and then putting it in and hope that it pops up saying connected.

The only other thing I can suggest is buy a new phone, sell that one on ebay or something.

I bought for myself an N73 since I got so annoyed with my N70 and it works fantastic and is just a part higher in price.

try other USB ports or go to the store everywhere you bought your phone and nag.

Uninstall PC Suite via safe mode and reinstall .Make sure you bring up to date the Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver and PC connectivity driver along with the Nokia PC Suite.
