How can you use Nokia N82 as a Fax modem?

I don’t have a land line. I use my Nokia N82 as modem and connect to internet through it. I want to know whether I can use it to send faxes.

No you cant. You need a dedicated, wired, phone line to send a fax.

My Iranian friend is using a Nokia N82 and wants to be able to send and recieve text messages in Persian. As in the actual arabic script. Any ideas what he needs to download and where he can get it from? Much appreciated. Thank you.
