What format do my video clips have to be in for NOKIA E65?

Hi, what format do videos have to be in for a nokia E65 phone? and what does it mean when (on an older nokia) it says record cannot be played try before a live audience audio or record seperately? thanks

is AVI ok? i still haven’t changed the format of my record clips on my computor and was wondering which works best
