Can someone help me get TOMTOM on my Nokia N85?

Hi ive got a nokia n85, no interent on it though. Someone told me that it has a navigation system built in and all u need is the soft ware and maps. But I cant seem to find them on the net.

Please direct me to a place or give me a link,

Hi

Well for simple navigation download maps of your respecitve country.

You can download maps through OVI MAPS through Nokia PC Suite or OVI suite.

To download OVI Suite click on the link below :-

http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/nokia-ovi-suite

After you install OVI suite, download Nokia Maps :-

http://www.nokia.co.in/services-and-apps/ovi-maps/main

Now connect your phone through USB, and install MAPS of your country to your phone, after its done, just open Ovi Maps from your phone and you are done, you can Steer now.

How do i place music on my N85 from my computer? I found the folder but every time I try to place my music in the folder my Mouse Pointer changes into a block sign! (The circle with the line through it) I don’t know what to do so please help!

Since your mouse pointer changes to a block sign, the symptoms showing that your mobile device hasn’t enable at the moment. Right click the MY COMPUTER and go to device administrator and find out the your mobile device from the tree and right click and enable it.

OTHERWISE PROCEED WITH BELOW STEP”

1. First uninstall all the applications corresponding to which you have installed for N85.
2. Download and install the latest Nokia Suite from their website.
3. Install all the connectivity cables and drivers. (Since you’ve saying it is showing on computer, you are well aware of it.)
4. right click MY COMPUTER and go to DEVICE MANAGER, >> double click on phone icon among the tree and ensure from the coming window that device has been working properly. Or otherwise you will have to ENABLE it.
