Nokia 6015i "Call Failed" mesage when calling?

I have a Nokia 6015i that when you call someone it will says “Call Failed”, My service is Verizon Wireless and Im plotting to take it to the Verizon store, I cannot call any number (etc *228), but before I take it, any thoughts why this is happening?

Try power cycling the phone by doing a battery disconnect while the phone is on, if that doesnt work then trying doing an OTA via one of the Verizon’s automated update codes from your phone, additional than that, you will need to contact them. I hope this helps

This is the conundrum with the operator, call them and question for the help to this conundrum, it can all so be a temporarily conundrum too, try again. $

when i try and go into the camera it says operation failed then i have to turn my phone off as it freezes. please help, this is getting really annoying.

Try Nokia website or your service provider to see if there is a firmware upgrade for your phone. If not, maybe you need a new phone.
