Has Verizon Wireless customer service gone downhill?
Recently, I have had nothing but distress with Verizon messing up my bill. They have messed it up for about 3 months now…contracts have been extended when I never questioned for it…I had random features added. I have had them for several years and their customer service (especially over the phone) used to perform without fault. Now it seems problems spring up all the time. Anyone else seen this happen to them?

Maybe u need to exchange your carrier plus verizon isn’t the only carrier that that do such ish to public additional carriers are even worse!

I’m sorry your not pleased with Verizon Wireless. I’ve had them for 7 years with no major issues. you can call thier Customer Service from your cell phone *611 or call 1-800-922-0204 from 6am-11pm press option 4 then 0 it sould get you to someone live.
