Trouble putting pictures from the computer onto my samsung digital camera?

Hi, i reccently bought the samsun sl30 camera in pink. I have been taking pictures and i like it! Recently, i went to the beach with my friends and they all took pictures but i forgot my camera. I want to take the pictures they took and place them on my camera. They emailed me the pictures and i pluged in my usb cable to the camera and computer and place the pictures i want in the folder with the additional pictures i have already took on MY CAMERA. But, when i look on my camera they dont show up. Why is this? Is there any additional way that i can do this? I also have a SD card with the pictures on it.

And p.s. if your wondering why i need the pictures on my camera it is because i want to take my camera to school and show my friends the pictures.

This happens with most digital cameras. The photos are there you just cant see them, it’s just the way things are – cameras are calculated to take photo’s not work as viewers.

I’d suggest putting the photos on a mobile phone, it’ll work that way!

There are two ways a memory card can be locked – unlocked.

1) Hardware: There is a sliding tab on the memory card – go it to the unlocked position…

2) “Software”: Several cameras have a menu choice that can “lock” or protect or unlock a card. How to do this will be in the camera’s manual. Since you did not tell us which model Samsung, we cannot locate the manual and point to a page…

Is it true that one of the cons of Nokia N70 is its keypad? specially the scroll and call keys?

I bought a nokia N70 last month. But, its keypad malfunctions at times specially the call and scroll down key. They said it was one of the cons of the unit. Is it right?

I also have a Nokia N70 . But, its call and scroll down key work perfectly. If you’re experiencing problems with it, take it to the Nokia Care Center and question them to look into the matter. It is possible that you have been sold an ancient or defective model of the N70. In this case, question for an exchange.

what video formats is supported in a nokia e51 phone?

can i play avi,wmv,mpg files in a mobile phone if not then what formats are supported and how to convert it.

According to the technical specifications of the E51 on the Nokia website, it has Real player installed so will handle:

“Record streaming and playback with H.264 (MPEG-4), 3gpp, and Real codecs”

The files you mentioned should play fine, but bear in mind you may have to download codecs.

How do I transfer ring tones from my old cell phone to my new cell phone?

You can only do that if you stored the ringtones to your SIM card instead of to your phone. With my phone, I can choose where to store it so I store to my card. When I place my sim card in a new phone, the tones come with it. Only conundrum is that it doesn’t hold much…

On many phones, press and hold the 1 button to call the voice mail number of that phone, The screen should tell you the number though I’m sure it no longer works. Besides, that number is usually dis-connected, or with so few phone numbers left, someone else might allready have that number anyhow. I is not going to work on the phone you got.

simplest solution would be to buy a new t mobile sim card . there only a few quid . and the new number will be provided with it.

If you found alost ph it will be reported lost but you still can call the company that the ph had service with and give them the Serial# on the back of the battery.

Turn your calender ( on the phone) 1 year back-!
Now…install the theme(s) you want,and turn the calender back to normal-!

both the phones are good but the W980i is better
its got stereo speakers and a fm transmitter that is people can tune into a certain frequency emitted by your phone and listen to your music
just like a radio station
the thing good about the w905 has a 5mp camera compared to the 3.15mp for the w980

price wise
W980i is around 310 EUR
W902i is around 450 EUR

I’m planning to buy a new phone.

n95-4 is worth far more.
new, unopened, first gen iphones on ebay are around $ 250-$ 300
used n95-4 on ebay are $ 450-$ 500

Will a UK Nokia N95 8GB work in the US? On which network?

I know there is some kind of difference between 2G and 3G, but am not technically savvy at all!

I just need to know on which network (i.e. T-Mobile) a UK Nokia N95 8GB will work in the US, so I don’t have to get a new phone in the US, but can just use my UK phone without any problems.

Yes, it will work. You can use your phone on T-Mobile and AT&T at edge speeds but you will not be able to use 3G.
