I want to trade in my old cell phone for a new cell phone?
I have a nokia cell phone from at&t and want to see if it is possible for me to trade it in and get the new blackberry. or trade it in but at the same time pay the price for the additional 1 and still have the same plot.

To be able to trade or not would be up to your cell phone provider. Most do not generally take trade ins though.
But with a new contract most of them will give you any a free phone or a excellent money off on a new one. Then you may maybe try to sell the ancient one.
If you are interested in selling your ancient one then one possible place to do that would be http://www.ibuyphones.com/
I have sold a couple phones to them in the past with really excellent success.

How can I make persons black and white graphics which are used on ancient cell-phones like the Nokia 3310? What format are they?
Answer by Nightstar
I have not heard of anyone making them except the mobile phone websites. The black and white graphics are known as Picture Messages or logos. You can find an example on axiomplus.com.
