Do you know the e-mail id of the Nokia Head Office at Finland. I want to lodge my complaint directly to them.?

Because now I am facing a problem regarding my Nokia-3230 handset. It was found software problem in it during the 1 year warrany period. Nokia India (Bangalore) saying that it will be replaced with another handset that is Nokia-7610 but they will not give me any seal packet. They will give me only the Handset. And all this procedure taking so much time. I have already waiting since 16/08/2006. No body could assure me the perfect date of replacement either the Nokia Bangalore or Nokia Care Centre at Kolkata at which I have deposited my Handset. Therefore I want to convey my problem to directly to the head office at Finland. Thats why I need the email id of Finland Nokia. Please help me some body.

go to www.nokia.com and enter your location as finland or europe. Then hit contact and it will give you the international numbers and email address.

yes but its not ms office. i dont know exactly what its call but you certainly can find and download it here. nokia website. if there is any for your model. and a whole lot other software too.
