Nokia n70 software problem?

i have a nokia n70 and i’ve been having problems with it. i mnot able to change my ringtone, when i click on change ringtone, it just wouldn’t do anything. anothe problem i have having is the phone freezes up quite often. i would have to restart the phone everytime it freezes up or else all the buttons wouldn’t work. is it a software problem? can someone please help me?
can i update the software thr bluetooth?

is it still under warranty? If yes, can try go repair at Nokia care. If not, can try download software from the webby that can update ur software. But u need a cable and PC suite to have it done. Hope It helps……..
