Use another working sim card and try.

You mkight need to call Nokia to find it. Before that you might want to switch off the phone, remove the battery, wait for about 5-10 minutes, put back the battery and see whether it comes. If this also doesn’t work call your carrier to help, or ask for factory reset. Good luck!

I’m with T-Mobile and had the Nokia 5310, Music Express phone, but it broke so I have to use my back-up phone but we can upgrade our phones in Feburary. My mom isn’t sure if she wants to stay with T-Mobile but says its a good chance we will. Now I want either the Behold or the MyTouch and wanted to know if the price you’d pay if you were to open the account (like how the phone by itsself might be 329 or so but you pay 60) is that the price you pay for the upgrade or do you pay whole price or what? And if I were to go with either phone option how much would I pay? I’m trying to save up some money so my mom won’t have to pay as much.

im pretty sure that you would have to pay the original price (329) instead of the reduced price (60) because usually they reduce the price for opening a contract withTmobile (or ATT , && other companies)
most likely they’ll give you a list of the phones you can upgrade to. so you’d be changing your phone to the ones they tell you you can choose.
but im not 100% sure. i could be wrong.
ask a person working there. they might be able to tell you better than me.
hoe you get the one you want! :]

Launched too far ahead of its time, the Nokia 7710 was probably always going to fail. But the question is.. how do you deal with failure? Try again or give up?
