my computer monitor has a conundrum. It looks like the letter are smudged. picture it this way everything on my monitor is written in an ink pen and somebody smudged everything so where the letters should end it looks like there is an ink trail. i have a samsung syncmaster 216bw

It may maybe be your monitor going terrible, but it may maybe be as simple as re-seating your record cable at both connectors a couple of times and making sure their open snugly with the screws. Often times there’s a poor connection within the plug that can cause that. The additional possibility may maybe be a terrible record cable or card. You may maybe also try your monitor on another computer and/or another monitor on your computer to isolate where the conundrum might be.
