Can I still activate and use an old cell phone?

I have a very old nokia at&t cell phone, and also an old motorola startac
at&t cell phone. How could I activate and use these? I noticed that there is no sim card slot so I’m guessing that it is powered by minutes. PLEASE HELP!

everythings 3g now i believe so you probably couldnt. even minute phones have a sim card. i would contact at&t and double check though.

I picked up a pile of old Nokia monochrome cell phone displays from Adafruit last week.

On my old Nokia cell, the phone had a ring tone composer that uses the keypad for polyphonic notes. kinda hard to explain. do you have any sites that i can get info from to make songs from movies, tv, or anything like that?
